The West Yorkshire Combined Authority Active Travel Team have funding available to create Active Travel Hubs within communities. These hubs would act as a one-stop-shops that cater for people’s walking, cycling, scooting and wheeling (using a wheelchair or mobility aid) needs.
A track record of delivering active travel engagement work is not essential. To be eligible for their funding, it is enough that you and your organisation are committed to developing active travel participation in your area.
