As an Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner you’ll be keen, inspiring, open minded and most importantly you will be yourself.
You’ll work alongside colleagues to help them deliver our community-based ‘aspire’ service by providing support and early interventions to people experiencing First Episode Psychosis.
You must have access to the use of a car for work for this post.
This vacancy will require work to be undertaken outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends.
Details of the Role
Salary: Band 5 £23,023 – £29,608 per annum.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week.

Post 2: Care Coordinator
The Rehabilitation and Recovery Service is delivered in partnership with LYPFT and aims to provide rehabilitation and recovery based services that enable people to define, build and live a meaningful, independent and satisfying life.
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll have a creative and flexible approach to your work enabling you to support people in their recovery. The core purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the care of a defined caseload of service users from admission to the inpatient service, into the community and through to discharge.
Details of the Role:
Salary: £28,050 – £36,644 (Band 6 AFC, incl qualification gateway)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
