You are invited to join Forum Central for the Health and Care Leaders Network.
The theme for this session is systems resilience, winter planning and the role of the third sector.
When | 18 October
Time | 1pm-4pm
Where | Woodhouse Community Centre, 197 Woodhouse Street, Leeds LS6 2NY
Earlier this year NHS services in Leeds commissioned Newton Europe to undertake a system wide diagnostic exercise, looking at flow and delays in the health and care system in Leeds. The ongoing work has been presented at various boards and summits to statutory services but the third sector has largely been uninvolved.
This session will give third sector leaders the opportunity to see Newton Europe’s powerful findings, to hear about changes that have been made as a result of the work and to think about the role of the third sector in winter planning.
Colleagues from Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group, Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust and Leeds Community Healthcare will be contributing to the event and are keen to hear your ideas and welcome your input in future plans.
